The Process:

1. Contact Us – The most important step

Simply pick up the phone or drop us an email and the process begins.

2. Assessment + Informal Chat

Tell us what you’d like us to do for you.We’ll give you a realistic appraisal of the opportunities open to you in the market and offer honest advice on how we can help you to fulfil your potential.

3. Opportunites

By now we will have a number of opportunities that are open to you. We will give you as much information as possible on each option and then you tell us which you’d like to progress and then your details will be submitted to the relevant companies.

4. Interview

You will be provided with full details of who you are to be interviewed by and where along with company information. At this stage we can also offer interview advice and guidance- tips that could make all the difference in your next career move.

5. Offer

Provided the interview has gone successfully now is the time for you to receive your all important job offer. This will often be provided verbally before a written offer is generated. This gives us the opportunity to negotiate on your behalf and iron out the finer details. Then once you are 100% happy the offer can be accepted and a start date agreed.

Our service continues once you have commenced employment. We are just a phone call away for advice/guidance if it is needed.
